ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Presentation File Upload:
The oral presenter could upload your file in our abstract submission system.
(Please choose "4. Presentation File")

If you need to modify your presentation file or internet service, we provide the Speaker Ready Room and Internet Room for all participants.

The following points should be considered when preparing your oral presentation:

Please note that the conference’s computers are being supplied with Windows XP and Office 2007. If using a Power Point presentation (or any computer), please note you need to bring it on a CD or USB storage device and load it on one of the conference’s computers in the Preview Room, at least 2 hour before the start of the session. If combing video films with your presentation, please make sure to check it in the session room where your lecture is taking place during a coffee break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.

For Macintosh Users, the Conference doesn’t provide Macintosh computers, so please note that you need to prepare your own, and make sure that it has a VGA socket for external device. Please test in the session room where your lecture is taking place during a coffee break prior to your session.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Poster Exhibition Size: Vertical style, 90cm (W) X 150cm (H)
• Your poster should be readable from a distance of 1.5 m
• The Conference will provide materials for mounting your poster
